Celtic held a meeting being actuated by a strong desire to promote the interests of Masonry in Scotland, and form what they trust is a powerful motion in the breast of every Scotsman to promote the wearing of the Tartan the native and Ancient Costume of our four fathers who spilled their blood so Scotland could be free. The Lodge Celtic incorporated in their Bye- Laws that all members be clothed in the Ancient Royal Tartan. Please see our main Web Page. wjrb
